Rolldark Game Masters’ Code of Conduct

Every Rolldark Game Master (RGM) agrees to the below code of conduct when running both public and private games Online, face2face at private residence and public/private venue hire.

Respectful of property - They will always ask to remove shoes, carry sanitiser, regularly sanitise and wash hands before and during gameplay where appropriate. If social distancing is still enforced, they will practice local government guidelines, and follow any set rules outlined for the area they are conducting their game and will actively encourage players to do the same. If the venue or private residence wish to enforce social distancing or any such rules to protect fellow players, RGM will obey to those rules.

Respectful of players - Before any Rolldark Game, RGM will send out copies of our Rolldark Promise that we make to players about the themes featured in the game. These can be obtained from your RGM. or requested from info@rolldark.co.uk

Player Engagement Policy - RGM will never behave inappropriately toward fellow players or hosts of games, in pregame chat, post-game discussion, or during the game. If a fellow player behaves offensively toward the RGM or fellow players and hosts, the RGM reserves the right to ban said player or cancel the game with no refund issued. Online Conduct - RGM will introduce themselves visually onscreen to fellow players and reserve the right to turn off their video if they deem necessary for the purpose of the game or to maintain professionalism. Any contact to public groups unless agreed by all players shall be conducted respectful of player privacy and blind carbon copy (BCC) emails shall be used to protect fellow players and their email addresses.
